The Aphrodite Chronicles

In preparation for my final project, I went and had a photo shoot with the female actress for my video Human Nature. She's not in her full costume and does not have make-up on in these ones.
I was inspired by the sculpture of Aphrodite(or Venus de Milo). I use what the goddess represents in Greek and Roman mythology to prove some points in my video.

Widescreen Bed-in

Here's a photo shoot I did back in December. Jen and Andy have been together for a long time now, and I wanted to somehow create a visual example of what intimacy seems like after the enchanting novelty of a new relationship wears off.
I added the widescreen strip because I felt the shots had a cinematic feel to them. Cindy Sherman's Film Stills were definetly an influence.

Analog Dreams

Some analog photography from the past year. I mostly photograph people but I really enjoy when I can capture an interesting pattern like the bead curtain in Diamonds are 4ever. Enjoy!
